• Be bold
• Do we need to do it? Why do we need to do it? Can we do it in one day instead of 100
  • Most of the time we lose is on working on things that do not move the needle. Stuff that does not matter. So, each time we need to do a non-trivial thing, we should ask our selves:
    • Do we really need to do it?
    • Why do we really need to do it?
    • Is there a way to achieve the same outcome in 10 times less time?
